Passionate about the 5Rhythms since its discovery in 2013, in its birthplace at Esalen California, I took 8 more years of devotion and training in this practice to obtain my certification as a Teacher in December 2021.
Since 2015, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the dance community in Geneva and since 2020, in the Nyon by producing many teachers and offering my own sessions.
In these held and sacred spaces, I facilitate access to the colors of our soul and essence through movement and deep connection to the Self.
